Dave is a Senior Lecturer at the College of Business at Western New England University and is continuing his education in Business Information Systems (BIS). David has a BS degree from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, and a MBA from Western New England University.
Francisco Diaz

Francisco Diaz has over 20 years deep executive level hospitality operations experience. He is a Project Leader and Consultant here at SBOS.
In this senior leadership role, one of the many highlights worthy of mention is Francisco has successfully implemented Optimum Control, with Aloha POS, for a growing 13+ store chain.
In addition to his knowledge of Restaurant Industry Best Practices, Francisco has experience with Commissary Operations and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

Cheri Oberpriller
Certified Public Accountant
After many years with international and regional public accounting firms, Cheri was drawn by a greater interest in helping companies grow and run their businesses more effectively. She brought her vast business experience from the public accounting arenas into greater focus providing accounting software and consulting services to small and mid-sized companies.
Based in western Massachusetts, CTO Associates has been providing professional consulting, accounting services and business management software solutions to customers throughout New England and nationwide since 1998.
Anna Rose
Sales & Marketing Director
Anna's experience with inventory control extends back to 2004 when she began creating databases for restaurants. She has been involved in building inventory control databases for chain and single-unit restaurants on three different software platforms. Most recently, she has helped our team customize Aloha Online ordering sites.
Anna comes from a creative background with a B.A. from Smith College with a Computer Science degree focused in Digital Arts.
John DiSabito
Communication Director
John has been gaining experience in Communication since the beginning of his undergraduate career. He has worked in sales and customer service, along with marketing and managing his band.
John now joins our consulting group in his new role as Communication Director. He is a recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts: Amherst with a B.A. in Communication and a Minor in Information Technology. He is now pursuing a M.A. in Communication with a focus on Public Relations at Western New England University.
